Pathway Studio

This is a web demonstration of basic functionality of Pathway Studio. You will learn how to manage and search pathway databases, build and analyze pathways, work with gene lists and microarray data, extract information from the literature using MedScan, and more. The demo is live and in real time, and you will be able to ask questions by phone.

How to Register

In order to attend one of the demos listed above, go to http://ariadnegenomics.webex.com and follow the links to the appropriate meeting. On the right side of the page, click on "Register". You will then be sent the necessary information on how to login and phone in to the meeting of your choice. Registration is required for attendance.

How to Enter the Meeting

Prior to the start time of the demonstration, click on the link you were sent via email in response to your registration to join the meeting. At this time your computer will be "setup" in order for you to attend a WebEx meeting.  This consists of having a browser plug-in pushed to you. Give yourself at least a few minutes prior to the start time of the demo to get your computer "setup" for WebEx meetings so you can join in plenty of time.
