Can I display the trend of my intensity data for individual probes on the graphical view?

Yes, you can display your intensity data in a diagram view when you have imported intensity or log-intensity data into Pathway Studio Explore.

Diagrams show the trend of your intensity values among your samples.

The order of the samples in the diagram is the same as in the data table. This order is determined during the experiment import process.

The diagram for an entity that has replicate values in your experimental dataset is constituted of multiple trend plots.

To display the diagram view:
Select one or multiple entities > Right click > Select ‘Show Diagrams’ in the menu.

You can have access to intensity values and sample names when positioning your mouse on data points in the diagram view.

This option is also available if you have directly imported differential expression values (Ratios, Log-Ratios or Signed Fold changes) into Pathway Studio Explore. But in that case it will be useful only if you have multiple ratio data points.
