How are the Functional Classes colorized with experimental data when they contain more than one measured gene/protein?
A Functional Class can contain multiple proteins. By default, the color of this entity will be the color of the gene/protein that has the lowest p-value, if present, or the maximum magnitude if no p-value is available.
This setting can be change at any time by the user. The mean, median, min or max can be selected to colorize entities containing multiple proteins.
To change the setting, select Program options by clicking on the tools button of the Home tab in the Information Pane. You can then access to this option in the ‘General’ menu of the ‘Program Options’ menu. Go to "Coloring of functional classes, complexes . . ."
