Can I select all the relationships for one specific entity in a complex pathway graph?

You can easily select all the relationships for one entity by performing the following steps:

1.  In the pathway view select the entity of interest.  It will be highlighted in blue.
2.  In the Select menu (above the pathway) choose “Select Neighbors.”  The relations and connected entities to the initially selected entity are now all highlighted in blue.
3.  From the Edit menu (above the pathway) choose “Copy.”
4.  In the Information Pane (on the left) select “New Pathway.”
5.  In the new graph view, from the Edit menu (above the pathway view) choose “Paste.”

Your selected entity and the connecting entities and relations will now appear as a new pathway in the graph view.
