How can I import and view a Relation list or an Entity list identified in a MedScan Reader search in Pathway Studio?

When you send information (list of relations or list of entities) from the MedScan Reader search results into Pathway Studio, the information is automatically added to the ResNet database.

When a list of relations*  or a list of entities**  is sent to Pathway Studio from MedScan Reader the relations/entities will be added to the ResNet database.   The Import Wizard will prompt you to select a destination folder.  Once the import is complete, go to the designated destination folder and open the newly created file (initially named:  MR [data] [time]). 

A list of relations will open and appear as a network, a list of entities will open to show entities only, with no relations displayed.

* Select desired relations in either the Current Digest Pane or the Known Relations Pane, right click and select “Sent to Pathway Studio.”
** Select desired entities in the Current Digest Pane only, right click and select “Sent to Pathway Studio.”
