Applications of a newly constructed Zea mays database
Ariadne's Pathway Studio integrates findings from published literature in an analytical data mining and visualization framework to build regulation networks and uncover molecular mechanisms, assisting in development of novel plant traits.
This webinar recording "Applications of a newly constructed Zea mays database" will demonstrate how Pathway Studio can help you to streamline complex molecular trait analyses. You will learn how to:
- Examine gene expression in drought tolerant maize to determine pathways and cellular processes involved with the trait
- Find regulatory networks from published maize molecular information
- Discover markers for drought tolerance

How to Enter a Meeting
Prior to the start time of the demonstration, click on the link you were sent via email in response to your registration to join the meeting. At this time your computer will be "setup" in order for you to attend a WebEx meeting. This consists of having a browser plug-in pushed to you. Give yourself at least a few minutes prior to the start time of the demo to get your computer "setup" for WebEx meetings so you can join in plenty of time.
