Ariadne includes the Akt Signaling Pathway in the ResNet database as part of the canonical pathway collection. The Akt pathway diagram is interactive: click on entities and relations to retrieve additional information and literature references.

In Pathway Studio, you can edit the Akt Signaling Pathway.  You can add new entities and relations manually or expand it using the ResNet database of functional relationships extracted from literature.  You can also use the pathway for analysis of  your gene expression data.
