Science Signaling

Science Signaling (was - Science STKE) database is a part of the Science Signal Transduction Knowledge Environment developed by American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), the publisher of Science Magazine. The database includes 62 signaling pathways provided by leading authorities in the field.

The pathway-associated information from the Science Signaling database is available as a pathway database for Pathway Studio software. 

The Science Signaling includes information on signaling components and their relationships organized into pathways. The database organizes this information and provides previously unavailable data such as short lists of selected key references and authorities' evaluations of the strength of existing evidence for associations within the database. Integration of the pathway-associated data with Pathway Studio analysis tools enables computational analysis of the information and computer-based microarray data interpretation.
