ResNet Update for the Q4 2007 is available
ResNet database update for human, rat and mouse is available for download. The update includes new data from PubMed for the Q4 of 2007, about 41,000 total relationships, where over 10,500 are new and unique.
New relationships in the update:

This is an incremental update, it does not contain information from previous ResNet updates, which have to be installed separately. To install, download and unzip the update file, and import it into Pathway Studio using Database/Import Data. You need to be logged in to download. Release notes and How-to instructions come with the update.
The update process can take quite some time, up to a few hours, as over 80,000 objects are being modified.
