ResNet Update for the Q2 2008 is Available
The latest quarterly update of ResNet Mammalian database is available for subscribers to download. The update includes new data from PubMed for the Q2 of 2008: 58,267 total relationships, where over 17,379are new and unique.
New relationships in the update:
Binding 4,403 (1,176 new)
Expression 8,526 (3,288 new)
MolSynthesis 4,501 (1,569 new)
MolTransport 2,150 (731 new)
PromoterBinding 284 (96 new)
ProtModification 642 (300 new)
Regulation 37,761 (10,219 new)
Total relations: 58,267 (17,379 new)
This is an incremental update, it does not contain information from previous ResNet updates, which have to be installed separately. To install the update, download and unzip the update file, and import it into Pathway Studio using Database/Import Data. You need to be logged in to Ariadne website to download. Release notes and How-to instructions come with the update.
The update process can take quite some time, up to a few hours, as over 50,000 objects are being modified.
