ResNet Update for the Q1 2008 is Available
ResNet database update for human, rat and mouse is available for download. The update includes new data from PubMed for the Q1 of 2008: 80,592 total relationships, where over 18,810 are new and unique.
New relationships in the update:
Binding: 1,240
Expression Regulation: 3,479
Molecular Synthesis: 1,814
Molecular Transport: 1,230
Promoter Binding: 113
Protein Modification: 369
Regulation: 10,565.
This is an incremental update, it does not contain information from previous ResNet updates, which have to be installed separately. To install, download and unzip the update file, and import it into Pathway Studio using Database/Import Data. You need to be logged in to download. Release notes and How-to instructions come with the update.
The update process can take quite some time, up to a few hours, as over 80,000 objects are being modified.
