ResNet Database Update for the Q4 2008
The latest quarterly update of ResNet Mammalian database is available for subscribers to download. The ResNet 6 update includes new data from PubMed for the Q4 2008:
- Total relations: 60,843 (14,152 new)
- Regulation: 51,488 (10,604 new)
- Expression: 4,592 (2,024 new)
- Molecular Transport: 1,137 (408 new)
- Molecular Synthesis: 1,284 (465 new)
- Protein Modification: 332 (108 new)
- Promoter Binding: 143 (57 new)
- Binding: 1,867 (486 new)
