ResNet Database Update for the Q2 and Q3, 2009
The latest quarterly update of ResNet Mammalian database is available for subscribers to download. The ResNet 6 update includes new data from PubMed for the Q2 and Q3, 2009:
- Total relations: 156,450 (33,628 new)
- Regulation: 130,522 (25,022 new)
- Expression: 12,724 (4,798 new)
- Molecular Transport: 3,292 (1,078 new)
- Molecular Synthesis: 3,985 (1,241 new)
- Protein Modification: 890 (241 new)
- Promoter Binding: 438 (138 new)
- Binding: 4,661 (1,110 new)
