ResNet Database Update for the Q1 2009
The latest quarterly update of ResNet Mammalian database is available for subscribers to download. The ResNet 6 update includes new data from PubMed for the Q1 2009:
- Total relations: 152,655 (37,777 new)
- Regulation: 126,854 (28,138 new)
- Expression: 12,699 (5,261 new)
- Molecular Transport: 3,460 (1,278 new)
- Molecular Synthesis: 3,655 (1,388 new)
- Protein Modification: 971 (318 new)
- Promoter Binding: 4,578 (1,225 new)
- Binding: 1,867 (486 new)
