Pathway Studio 7.1 is Released
Ariadne is pleased to announce the release of Pathway Studio 7.1, Desktop Edition, and MedScan Reader 3.1. This release includes a number of reliability improvements and introduces some new functionality. Some features of the new version are listed below.
New features in Pathway Studio:
- Ability to save results of analysis operations in the Desktop Edition
- Ability to filter individual measurements in experiment data
- Ability to rearrange experiment data columns for better results interpretation
- Ability to save experiment diagrams with pathways
- Improved Experiment Diagrams Display
- Ability to search on Gene ID, Gene Name, and Probe ID
New features in MedScan Reader:
- Improved Interface for Editing User Dictionaries
- Support for Non-Naturally Occuring Small Molecules
