Ariadne Expands Presence in South-East Asia
ROCKVILLE, Md. - October 19, 2006 - Ariadne Genomics, Inc. today announced that is has signed a distributor agreement with Genomax Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) to represent Ariadne products in South-East Asia. Genomax will be distributing and supporting Ariadne pathway analysis software to life scientists in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Adriane Pathway Studio software allows scientists to go the next step in their high throughput data analysis, and actually get to the biological meaning underlying the experimental results. Pathway Studio helps to easily retrieve pathways affected during an experiment, as well as find common targets and regulators for groups of genes of interest.

Ariadne Pathway Studio enables life scientists to identify relationships among proteins, small molecules, cell processes and treatments, and extract relevant biological interactions from scientific literature on the fly. With the resident ResNet database of over 1,000,000 interactions extracted from PubMed and approximately 1000 predefined pathways, researchers can easily reconstruct signaling and regulatory networks from their microarray and proteomics data, identify biomarkers, and model drug responses.
