Ariadne at the AACR Annual Meeting

At the AACR 100th Annual Meeting, booth #1758, Ariadne is presenting Pathway Studio as a  framework for cancer researchers, enabling the usage of published biological knowledge to advance mechanistic understanding of disease.

We use Glioblastoma as an example to:

  • Create a disease pathway;
  • Find new potential therapeutic targets from gene expression data;
  • Determine, which known compounds could affect these targets;
  • And examine combinatorial therapies based on efficacy and potential
    side effects.
